Work
Built here, still running.
Two of the systems we have designed and built, described without the names, because we ask before we put a client on a website. Ask, and we will introduce you to them.
Property · Amsterdam
A property management system for furnished apartments let by the month
- SvelteKit
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- EU infrastructure
- The situation
- An operator letting furnished apartments by the month ran on three systems that did not speak to each other: a short-stay booking tool built for a unit that turns over ninety times a year, a spreadsheet for the cleaning rota, key handovers and deposits, and a Word template for the lease. The operator was the integration between them.
- What we built
- One system, with everything hanging off the tenancy: reservations with live availability, tenancy agreements drafted from the booking and signed in the browser with an evidence trail, an operations board for check-ins, check-outs and cleaning that the cleaners open on a phone, guest email that is sent once and logged forever, and a public API that feeds the operator’s own website.
- Where it is now
- Runs the whole operation. The spreadsheet is gone, and the product is now sold to other operators in the same market.
SaaS · Teams and organisers
An event scheduling product with collaboration, sharing and payments
- SvelteKit
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- EU infrastructure
- The situation
- Teams that organise recurring events were planning them across email, calendars and a payment link, with no single place the plan lived and nobody sure which version was current.
- What we built
- A multi-tenant product: scheduling any type of event, collaborating on it, sharing it in several ways, taking payment for it, and custom locations. Larger customers get their own branding and domain; enterprise customers get single sign-on, usage analytics, an uptime commitment and dedicated support.
- Where it is now
- Sold in three tiers, from small teams to international enterprises.
And the smaller things
Which do not each need a case study
Websites with a CMS you actually own
Fast, custom-designed, with an editor your team can use without a developer, delivered in weeks rather than months. For when a page builder is the wrong tool and a product is too much.
Integrations and migrations
Accounting, payments, CRM and calendar systems wired together; data moved out of a legacy system one table at a time, with the old one running alongside until the new one has earned it.
Audits of an existing codebase
A few days, a written report: what to keep, what it costs to stabilise, and whether we are the right people to do it. Sometimes the answer is to keep the team you have.

Ask, and we will show you the real thing on a call: the system, the admin side, and what it looked like in week two.
